Quadrant D Students present research findings in an educational forum including peers, teacher(s), and relatives using multimedia formats such as PowerPoint. Students take questions about their research and respond and defend their research findings. |
| Quadrant A Students and instructor review steps in the research process including the generation of effective questions, articulating a clear thesis statement, incorporating a variety of sources in the research process, and communicating research findings in a variety of formats (written and spoken). Students also review MLA documentation format to avoid plagiarism. |
Quadrant B Students develop research questions and thesis statements around topics currently being studied in other classes. Students present questions and statements developed to classmates as possible topics for research in other classes. |
