Quadrant D Students participate in a mock job interview conducted by members of the community who commonly interview applicants. The interview consists of a question and answer session and a written portion in which the students are asked to write how they would resolve a conflict with a colleague. Their answers are evaluated based on how effectively they analyze the situation to identify the root problems and the likely effectiveness of their proposed solutions. |
